Thank you for choosing SIHOO. We assure you that all SIHOO products undergo rigorous testing by our quality inspectors before being shipped.
If you have any inquiries, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will respond within 24 hours.
Do you have any of the following concerns? If so, please reach out to us, and we will promptly address them:
a. If the return is due to our error.
b. Goods arrive defective and cannot be repaired with replacement parts.
c. We sent the wrong items.
d. Goods were sent to the incorrect address.
e. Duplicate orders were shipped.
f. Product failure within the 30-day return period (assuming the customer has correctly assembled the product according to the instruction manual).
Important: For damaged or defective items upon arrival, it is essential to provide videos/photos to substantiate your claim of damage or malfunction. Failure to provide photo/video evidence will classify the return as "buyer's remorse," and the customer will be solely responsible for return shipping costs. In such cases, customers may also incur a 15% restocking fee and any shipping charges borne by the seller. Without exception, customers must provide proof of defects/damage before initiating a return. Please use the Contact Us form to submit images/videos for your return request.
Upon receiving an approved returned item, we will assess its condition. If the goods are indeed found to be defective, a refund will be issued.
In cases where damaged/defective items can be resolved through simple parts and support, we can offer free replacement parts as an option. If the customer deems this a preferable solution, we can provide guidance on how to repair the goods, negating the need for returning bulky items. We also offer the option of dispatching technicians or repair personnel to customers' homes.
When the customer bears the return freight cost due to their own error, the return freight becomes the customer's responsibility, and associated costs are at their expense. Prepaid return shipping labels are not available in such cases. Please be aware that the original shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the total refund. Additionally, special shipping charges from initial orders will be deducted from actual outbound shipping charges. Examples of these types of customer returns may include:
Buyer's remorse ("not satisfied with performance," "item doesn't meet expectations," etc.)
No longer want the item
Misunderstanding of product description
Order cancellation after shipment, even if the item hasn't been received
Incorrect item purchased
Accidental over-purchase
Incorrectly provided shipping address
After the 30-day return period, if an item fails or malfunctions, customers can avail themselves of the SIHOO Manufacturer's product warranty for repairs. Further information can be found in the manufacturer's product warranty documentation. Our warranty extends for 3 years.
Replacement Process
Step 1:
Contact us at to report your issue and confirm the solution.
Step 2:
Provide a photo of your shipment along with the tracking number. Repair costs will be determined based on warranty coverage (please refer to warranty scope).
Step 3:
We will verify the returned goods and assess the problem. Please also email us your contact details (name, mobile number, detailed address, postal code).
Step 4:
We will arrange for the items to be sent back to you. Thank you for your cooperation.
Refund Policy
● If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased product, you have the option to return it for a full refund or exchange.
● You can initiate a return or refund within 30 days of receiving the product. The returned item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. Please retain your receipt.
● Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt and verification of the returned item. Please review your account for updates.

Order Cancellation
SIHOO typically dispatches orders within 1-2 business days. Should you need to cancel your order, please notify SIHOO as soon as possible for an immediate refund. However, if your order has already been shipped, your funds will be refunded upon return of the order. Please get in touch with us to cancel your order.
Should the return be due to the consumer's decision, the shipping cost will be borne by the consumer. Specific costs will depend on the chosen courier company.
In the event that goods are received damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer will not be responsible for shipping costs.
