Return, Replacement & Warranty Policy


At SIHOO, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Our comprehensive policy covers returns, replacements, and a long-term warranty for your peace of mind.

30-Day Risk-Free Return & Replacement

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return and replacement policy from the date you receive your item(s).

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. You must also provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

How to Initiate: Please contact our customer support team at support@sihoooffice.com within the 30-day window to initiate a return or replacement. Provide your order number and details about the product and the reason for return.

Cost: Returns and replacements are FREE. If you receive a damaged/defective or wrong product, please contact our after-sales customer service team within one week of receiving the goods and provide relevant photos of the outer box and product pictures.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 days .

3-Year Limited Warranty

We confidently back our products with a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of purchase.

Coverage: This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

What is Not Covered: This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from:
Accident, abuse, misuse, or neglect.
Natural wear and tear.
Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Improper maintenance or use not in accordance with product instructions.

How to Claim Warranty: If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the 3-year period, please contact us at support@sihoooffice.com with your order number and a description (and preferably photos/video) of the defect. Our support team will guide you through the simple warranty claim process. We will typically replace the defective part free of charge.
