Customers will receive a free order in the form of a refund. The maximum value of the free order is €800. (If a customer's order exceeds €800, the excess amount will not be refunded.)

One prize per customer:
Each eligible customer can only receive one prize during the entire promotion period, subject to the terms and conditions above. If a customer qualifies for multiple prizes, only the first prize won will be awarded.
Non-transferable:
Prizes in this promotion are non-transferable and cannot be given away to others.
Promotion Period:
This promotion applies to orders placed and successfully paid for between 00:00 PST on December 1, 2025 and 23:59 PST on December 6, 2025. Any order not fully paid for by December 6, 2025, or cancelled within 30 days thereafter, will be disqualified.
Refunds and Maximum Prize Amount:
Any order for which a refund is requested (e.g., due to a return) will be disqualified from this promotion. Additionally, each eligible customer can receive a free order with a maximum value of €800.
Disqualification for Fraudulent Activities:
Any customer found to have participated in fraudulent activities or attempted to manipulate the promotion through technical means will be disqualified and banned from participating in all future Sihoo promotions.
